Getting pregnant can be one of the hardest things to do, whether it’s your first, second, or third child. The thing is getting pregnant is not as easy as some people make it out to be. Through years of research, I have put together the 4 common mistakes that about 73% of women tend to make when getting pregnant. Prepare to be shocked. Are here:
Mistake #1. Sex position doesn’t matter!
Many women think that no matter what sexual position you choose, your chances of getting pregnant are the same. This is not correct. If you want to increase your chances of having a child fast, you should stick to whatever position will keep sperm inside your vagina for as long as possible. While there’s no scientific proof that the man-on-top missionary position will get you pregnant, it does have strong public support. By having sex in positions that push sperm as far into the vagina as possible, you will inevitably increase your chances of getting pregnant.
Mistake #2. You should only have sex when you are fertile!
Another common misconception by many couples trying to conceive is that it is best to limit intercourse to when the woman is at her fertile peak. This is another mistake, as the more times she has sex, the better her chances of getting pregnant. Frequent intercourse, especially around the expected time of fertilization, is a crucial factor in speeding up the process of getting pregnant. Even if you are sure that she is fertile at a particular point in the month, it is better to be safe than sorry and cover yourself by having sex not only at the peak fertilization period but at least a few days before.
Mistake #3. Ovulation and fertility kits don’t work!
Many women assume that ovulation and fertility kits don’t work or don’t make sense, since they themselves know when they are fertile. This could not be further from the truth. Although these kits are not 100% accurate, they do have very high success rates. Also, too many women think they know exactly when they are fertile and are often wrong because the body is constantly changing. Also, by having a backup ovulation kit, you will improve your chances of getting pregnant, as the instrument monitors your body’s chemical levels and accurately indicates when you are “most” fertile. So this gives you a better indication of a more exact time period when you should have sex and increases your chances of getting pregnant.
Mistake #4. It’s really not going to make a difference if my man is too hot in his pants!
The latest popular misconception is that it doesn’t matter if your man’s penis and testicles are hot, as that doesn’t change anything. Studies have shown that if a man’s testicles get too hot, it will affect his sperm count and decrease the chances of getting pregnant. During this critical time, your partner should avoid any activities that keep your testicles warm for long periods of time and fixed in one place for too long. This includes hot baths, showers, spas, sitting in one place for too long, and wearing the wrong underwear. Lastly, boxer briefs are always preferred over boxer briefs and cotton is best.
There are many factors that go into increasing your chances of having a baby and many considerations to take into account. By learning from these mistakes, you can ensure that you stay away from the common mistakes most couples make and adopt more proven techniques for getting pregnant.
