Cancellation Policy For Student Housing
Once your application is confirmed and you’ve checked in to your student housing, you’ll have a 7-day cooling-off period to withdraw from your tenancy agreement, without any extra fees. However, after that, if you do decide to cancel your contract, we reserve the right to retain any fees already paid or to require a full payment of the remaining rent for the academic year.
We assess each request on a case-by-case basis, and you’ll need to provide official written evidence of the reason(s) you’re cancelling (including from the University and/or UCAS or embassy) to your Property Team. Please email or write to your Property Manager with your reasons, and they’ll get back to you as soon as possible letting you know what else you need to send us.

The building is home to a mixture of shared flats with personal rooms and studio apartments. All come complete with a modern kitchen, large flat-screen TV and an ensuite shower room, so you’ll feel right at home. If you choose to stay in a shared flat, you’ll be sharing with other students who are also attending the same Uni, making it the best way to meet new people. If you’re opting for a studio, you’ll enjoy your own spacious and private space, with top-notch fittings, including a small double bed, loads of storage, study station and a huge flat-screen TV.
