This piece of wonder covered 25 acres of land in its initial phase. The Marina also offers six uniquely built Dubai Marina Towers. Of these six towers, three are named after the gemstones of the United Arab Emirates. The names are Al Mass, Fairooz and Murjan. The other three are named after Arabian scents i.e. Mesk, Anbar and Al Yass.
This Marina is the largest artificial marina in the world and that is also quite relevant. The reason is that the second phase of this project will include 200 skyscrapers and this will also include Al Majara Towers and Al Sahab Twin Towers, all these from Emaar.
The name Marina could be justified by the fact that Dubai Marina is surrounded by water all over the place. Engineers have found a great innovative way to make Dubai’s waters useful. This is where this exultant stunner leads the pack. The engineering is excellent and with the perfect use of waters, this has become a man-made masterpiece.
