You probably know a little about chakras, but maybe you’ve never worked with them. I can teach you an easy chakra healing method. You can see it as a kind of meditation. And it is a good way to solve your stress.
Sit in a chair with a straight back. Close your eyes and breathe naturally for a few minutes. Imagine that each chakra is a ball of clear white light.
The root chakra is at the bottom of the spine, at the tailbone. It shines everywhere. Let it be a ball of white light.
The second chakra is located just below your navel. Imagine that it is a ball of white light.
The third chakra, the solar plexus is the center of your body. Visualize it as a ball of white light.
The fourth chakra is in the middle of your chest, near the heart. Imagine that your heart chakra is sending out brilliant white light in all directions.
Next we have the throat chakra. Imagine it as a ball of white light.
The sixth chakra, the third eye. It is between your eyes, a little above them. Visualize a bright white light coming out of it.
The seventh chakra is the crown at the top of the head, slightly back. He also imagines that this is a bright light.
When you do this exercise, it works in two ways. One: Chakras are energy centers. Your energy will flow more easily; you will be less blocked by emotions such as stress. Two: doing this exercise is a bit like a meditation. If you feel difficulty in meditating, you must try this chakra healing. By paying attention to your chakras, you are giving your thoughts a direction, so they need to stop wandering. This will have a peaceful and relaxing effect.
