Having a positive mental attitude is often considered a key part of what will enable someone to live a life worth living. As a result of this, someone may go out of their way to stay positive at all times.

If you have a lot of “positivity” in one part of your being but a lot of “negativity” in another, this naturally means that you are in a place of conflict. One part of them will want one thing, but another part will want something else, preventing them from getting what they want: one part will usually override the other, and this means that they will rarely, if ever, get what they want. they want.

The problem is that unless one is aware of this and believes that they are doing all the “right” things, they may believe that someone or something “out there” is preventing them from having what they want. In truth, they will sabotage themselves by suppressing and repressing how they really feel.

Awareness

If someone can relate to this and is ready to change their life, they may need to seek outside support. This is something that can be provided with the help of a therapist, healer, or coach.
