For starters, more than 30% of people have problems or, if they are not problems, they have difficulties with weight. Also, this happens to people all over the world regardless of country or anything else. This is like a disease. However, there are a few ways you can lose weight or just stay slim and healthy.

Every day we have breakfast, lunch and dinner. This would be the healthiest method of eating something every day: three times. Unfortunately, nowadays more and more people start eating “junk” food. Also, this is a very big problem and I will explain more to you now. The reason for saying this is the result of a survey that a group of specialists organized in New York last month. According to the results, the percentage of people who prefer junk food to “real” and healthy food increases by 13% and is now 46%. Is this percentage large enough?

If you can answer this question with the word “No”, I think you also prefer junk food. Which is the reason? Junk food only harms our life and if we continue to eat fast food (another synonym for “junk” food), we will be very sick in the near future. Highly recommended by specialists is to eat more vegetables every time we are hungry. Carolina Stuart, a world famous doctor, said, “It is better to eat two apples than to eat one pizza.” Of course, some people will disagree with her. One of the reasons will be small, like “I don’t like” apples. Why not try another vegetable: banana, carrot, etc.? Yes, you are right, but not entirely. Yes, pizza is dangerous for our health.

Junk food is these burgers, sandwiches that are made QUICK. Yes, I agree that many people do not have time to make a “special” breakfast at home, for example, to have it while they are at work. So they need to eat this kind of dangerous food. It is not dangerous if you eat a few times, of course when you are starving, you need to eat something, you can choose a hamburger, but what I am talking about is trying to reduce the amount of times you eat junk food. How I love to tell my friends, people online, etc. I’d rather eat nothing than eat something unhealthy.

The best diet for me is:
One or two vegetables, like apples for breakfast.
You can have another vegetable with milk for lunch.
Why don’t you have rice or something healthy for dinner?

Of course, I don’t eat this every day, but I’m trying because after I’m ready with this diet plan, I feel extra, happy, and full of energy.
